Modelling neurodevelopmental defects and mosaicism in CdLS using human brain organoids

Our brain processes information and controls our day to day life. Building this complex structure requires great precision in the generation and migration of nerve cells. The researchers will build human brains in a dish to analyse what goes wrong when an important regulator of our genes misfunctions.
